Removed Custom times (Advance Absence) option removed when not using custom duration

Improvement has been done on the Absence Creation page on the new employee web, to hide the custom times (Advance Absence) option, if the school district does not use custom durations for absence/job creation.

Improvement

Added parameter to ignore inactive substitutes from search rule steps

A parameter checkbox (Do not consider inactive substitutes from the job offer communication process) has been added to the menu path: select Parameters, choose Substitutes, and then select General. When this parameter is checked, the substitutes who are inactive in the system, are not considered and will be completely ignored during the search rule process.

Note: Inactive substitutes were not called or texted even before; this feature would help speed up the search rule process by not even considering and spending time to ignore the inactive substitutes.

Issue

Specified Substitute is not removed from a job when the job is declined through an IVR call

This issue has been removed where a specified substitute was not resolved from the job when that substitute declined the job over an IVR call. This has been fixed as part of the SFE 23.12 release.
