Enhancement has been done to have all the changes (additions and deletions) done for the new user based absence approval, like adding an approving admin on employee profile, logged within the system activity log. |

New export for User based absence approvals |
Enhancement has been done to the new user-based absence approvals feature to make the approving Admin importing easier. Two new export options have been added within Admin export options and Employee export options, which would export the existing configured approving Admin data in the A3 or P6 import format (based on the export done). This can be re-imported by making changes or adding new import data. |

Enhancement has been done to allow Admin not having priority lists and DNU access to still view substitutes listed on DNU during substitute profile search. While the Admins will not know if certain substitutes are or DNU list or not, they will have normal profile access to substitute’s profile, if this new parameter is checked. The parameter is in : Parameters - Admins - Browser Access section - "Show substitutes on DNU list to Admins not having access to DNU list but having access to location of substitute" and unchecked by default. |
