GeneralImprovementNew parameter to enable/disable hover on new Admin layout menu options

For districts using the new Admin layout, a new parameter has been added to Parameters - General for “Enable Hover for menu option”. The hover on the menu options on the side navigation bar can be disabled or enabled via this option.

Absence ApprovalImprovementImprovements to User based Absence approval feature

Additional improvements have been added to the new User-based Absence approval feature.

  1. Approving Admin can be added to employee profile through new ‘Absence approval’ tab on the employee profile, similar to the ‘Absence approval’ tab on Admin profile to add employees for which they would be approving Admins.

  2. These two new tabs of ‘Absence approval’ on Admin and Employee profile would be based on Menu access permissions. Operators will have this permission checked by default.

  3. Two new import formats have been added (A3 and P6 imports) which would help to easily import the employees or Admin to set up User based absence approvals. These imports would be explained in the import layout guide.

Job ShoppingIssueText message sent not shown in communication log

An issue was fixed where text message job offer was showing as Sent in the filling details of the job, but it was now shown in the text message communication log.

Export/ImportIssueSubstitute location imports failing

Issue was resolved where the substitute location import was sometimes failing.

Absence ApprovalIssueAbsence approval location admin showing other jobs

Issue was fixed where reason was configured to location admin absence approval and some Administrators could view additional jobs not belonging to their locations. This was happening in few cases only and has been fixed.

Create/Edit JobIssuePre-arranged option on new employee web and mobile app

Issue has been fixed on the mobile app and employee new web, where employees were shown the pre-arranged option while creating absence, even when the specified step was not in the search rule assigned to the classification of the absence.

ReportsIssueJob details page printing on two pages

Issue has been resolved where the job details page would print on 2 pages with a gap when it could print on a single page.

ReportsImprovementSubstitute unavailable dates list

Sorting by date has been added on the substitute unavailable dates list.

CommunicationsIssueJob duration reverting to full-day

Resolved an issue during job creation where the job duration was selected to Morning half, Afternoon half, or Custom, but it would revert to Full-day when name lookup was used to specify the substitute on the job. This has been fixed and the selected duration will stay as is.

Create/Edit JobIssueCanceling substitute on a vacancy

Issue has been fixed where a vacancy job in a few cases was canceled if a substitute was canceled for the job. This has been resolved.

Absence ApprovalImprovementAbsence approval history and details added to new employee web

For districts using absence approvals, there is an enhancement done on the new employee web to show the employee the absence approval history and comments from the absence details.

LanguageImprovementFrench text updates

Minor French text updates were made to the job inquiry report (print totals) and text message job offers.

ReportsIssueReport #Days Absent/Worked returning sub time work

Issue was fixed where employee and substitute times were different and the report #Days Absent/Worked was returning substitute time worked instead of employee absence hours.

Job ShoppingImprovementNo error message when substitute tries to job shop

Enhancement has been made where an error displays for districts using the parameter 'Do not display jobs if Sub has an Invalid Phone Number' under Parameters - General - Browser Access and substitute tries to job search without having callback number on their profile.
