Product Area | Type | Summary | Release Note |
---|---|---|---|
Communications | Issue | Location Announcement | Fixed the issue where the location specific announcement was missing from job details on the new substitute web. |
Job Shopping | Issue | Text Message Job Offer Decline Issue | For the new text message job offers feature, there was an issue reported in some cases, that substitutes opting to decline the job via text message, would still be getting further communication about the job. The issue has been resolved and declining the job via text message will stop all further communication of the job to that substitute. |
Job Shopping | Improvement | Text Message Job Offers Parameter | For districts using the new text message job offers features, a new enhancement has been done by having a new profile parameter on the substitute profiles which Operators and Admins can view. Through this parameter, during the feature adoption phase, the feature can be shown the substitutes by checking this new profile parameter. The substitutes who have it checked, can then decide if they would want to opt-in to receive text message job offers. If the district wants to enable this for all substitutes so that all substitutes view the feature and can decide to opt-in, a new ‘bulk enable’ parameter has been added within Parameters → Substitutes → Browser Access section → “Enable text message job offers for all substitutes''. Also to enable Districts choose the frequency of sending the same job offer message to the same substitute (as the search rule executes and same substitute can potentially be eligible of number of steps), a new Text Message Job Offers section has been added to define the frequency rules. |
Create Absence | Improvement | NSR Field Displays for NSR Classifications | Classifications set as NSR (No sub required) will still have the NSR field displayed on the new employee web while creating absence with that classification. The checkbox was not needed as employee does not need to select the NSR selection for such a classification and has been removed for such classifications as part of the 22.5 release. |
Create/Edit Job | Improvement | Multiple Schedules | An enhancement has been done on the new employee web, where employees having multiples schedule can choose the schedule first, for which they want to create an absence, instead of skipping schedules to go to the right one. |
Reports | Issue | Substitute Detail Report | Issue was fixed within the substitute detail report where longer classification names would get truncated when displayed in the output of the report. |
Create/Edit Job | Issue | Advance Absence Creation Issue | Issue has been fixed in the new employee web UI where employee having multiple schedules and scheduling an advance absence with first half of first classification and 2nd half of 2nd classification would result into 2 absences with the 2nd one being for full day. This is fixed and part of the 22.5 release. |
Absence Approval | Improvement | Labels Removed | Absence Approved and Budget Code labels are removed for districts which do not use the absence approval feature and budget codes in the setup. |
Languages | Issue | French Text Correction - Reason Balance | Minor French text corrections were done and issue was resolved for French language where balances were showing in hours when absence reason is configured in days. |
Job Shopping | Issue | Acknowledging Canceled Jobs on New Substitute Web | A few substitute users reported that the system will not go beyond the 4 colored dots to display the job to allow the sub to acknowledge the cancellation. This has been resolved. |
