Job ShoppingImprovementNew Substitutes Parameter

A new option is available in the Browser Access section for Substitutes Parameters: Default number of future days to show available jobs on substitute web. The default value is 14 (unless directly contacted for lesser value to support). A higher value for this parameter can result is slowness in login performance if there are high number of jobs and substitutes can be advised to use the date filter to expand their job search on the web.

Create/Edit JobImprovementNew Substitutes ParameterA new option is available in the Browser Access section for Substitutes Parameters: Show requested filter for available job tab, which defaults to ON. If a school district does not use the feature to specify substitute while creating the job, deselect this option to hide the filter.

Opt-In Logic to Text Message Job Offers

A new addition has been done to the way substitutes can opt in to Text message job offers feature if the feature is enabled for your district. (Please contact support, if you want to start using the feature). With the new addition, substitute can send the message OPT on the District mobile number. This number is newly generated for districts while enabling the feature to send/receive text messages related to job offers and is shown within personal tab within settings on the new substitute web.

Job Inquiry Report

New filter Accepted Via has been added to the job inquiry report to enable Admins/Operator view the source of acceptance of the jobs for the substitutes. . This is added to Job Inquiry Reports on the Administration menu and to Job Inquiry on the Reports menu.

New print option Created Via has been added to the Job inquiry Report. If selected, this prints the source of absence/vacancy creation for the Admins/Operators to make out how that job was created.
