The features and functionality stay the same. |

Absence Approval | Improvement | Absence Approval Routing | SmartFind Express is simplifying and streamlining the absence approval feature for easier setup and use. An enhancement has been done to the absence approval user groups feature. If the reason has been set for using the absence approval user groups at a particular level, and there is no match found based on location or classification with a group, or a group has no users, the absence approval routes to the location admins. This provides the flexibility of using absence approval user groups for certain combinations of locations and classifications while still using location admins for other sets of locations and classifications. |

If selected, the system disables the email validation feature and will not display the warning message for non-validated emails. |
Create/Edit Job | Issue | Missing NSR Field | Issue has been fixed on the new employee web where the NSR field did not display while creating an absence if the user tried going back and forth several times on the absence creation form. |

This will help it become easily accessible for employee users using the new employee web from their mobile devices. |
Export/Import | Improvement | Enhancement to E1 Import | Enhancement has been made to the E1 (employee work schedule) import to support employees with varying schedules on different days of the week. The E1 import can be run multiple times on the same profile, with blank data in the ‘days of the week’ field when data for some days is already populated. For instance, if an employee has the same working times for Monday and Tuesday, but a different set of times for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The E1 import can now be run twice for this employee by entering Y in the import for Monday and Tuesday in the first import and N for the other days. The next import needs to have data added for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday by entering Y in the import against those days and blank for Monday and Tuesday. |
Language | Improvement | French Language Updates | Minor French language updates have been made on some of the texts on the new employee web. |
Job Shopping | Issue | Auto-Assign Feature Issue | Issue has been fixed where the auto-assign feature would work only when call-outs started instead of directly working after the job was created. When an absence is created from the new employee web, the auto-assign feature now triggers and the job does not wait for the call-outs to start. |
