Support for Itinerant Schedule Employees on the New Employee Web

Enhancement has been done to support the absence creation for the employees with itinerant schedules. Such employees will need to select the necessary location and classification from the drop-down on the Absence creation page from a set of all locations and classifications, respectively.

There was an issue with announcement not showing up properly, which had an HTML code. Certain tags and attributes used in the HTML code in the announcement, were disallowed before. These are now allowed for the announcements to work properly.

Employee Absence Times Issue

An issue has been resolved for the District which use the feature for different employee and substitute times on the Absence. When the substitute times were changed, it was over-writing the default employee absence times while creating or editing the absence on the new employee web. This has been resolved as part of SFE 22.2.0.0 release.

Apostrophe in Email

Enhancement has been done in the SFE 22.2.0.0 release to allow apostrophe within the email address at all places and within the email validation feature.

Absence Creation Issue on the New Employee Web

Some users had reported seeing the error “Your district only allows jobs to be reported daysBeforeStartingThatJobs days in the future. Please select new dates to continue.” when clicking Next on the Absence creation form. This has been corrected and fixed as part of SFE 22.2.0.0 release.

Location Group Selection on Today's Jobs Dashboard

The location group selection on the Today’s Jobs Dashboard will result in no data, while individual locations selection will give appropriate results. This has been fixed so that any selection (location group or individual locations) will give correct resulting data output.

ProfilesIssueAdmins Without PIN Access Could Reset User Registration

Enhancement has been done to hide the Reset Registration button on the user profile pages of employees and substitutes, for Admins who do not have PIN modify access in their Menu Access permissions.

ProfilesIssueIssue in Communication about Important Dates in the New Employee/Substitute Web

When the employees or substitutes open the new web, if they have any communication related to dates on their profile and click on the bell icon, it would also show the previous dates and upcoming dates, if there are any. This behavior has been retained but the wording on the communication pop-up has been changed to simply inform them about the dates and not make it look urgent and needing further Administrator connect to clarify.

CommunicationsIssueAdmin Not Receiving Absence Creation Notice

Issue has been fixed where an administrator will not receive an Absence Creation Notice email from another employee who is also an administrator.

Import/ExportIssueChanges to Substitute Locations/Classifications Through Import

Any changes to substitute locations or classifications, if initiated through import, will be tagged as Add - Import or Delete - Import in the substitute detail report. Changes done by any other source (substitutes themselves, admins from the web) will be shown in the same way as before.
