Resolved User Delete Rights Issue

Users who did not have the right to delete applicants were able to delete them from the Qualified Interested applicant result page. This was resolved.

Applicant profile side menu was not getting refreshed or showing the updated data. This was resolved.

Application SnapshotIssueResolved Application Snapshot Transfer IssueThe Application Snapshot created using Create Printable Application Snapshot and Transfer was not transferred to the district’s sFTP site. This has been resolved.

Dashboard

Issue

Resolved Dashboard Module Loading issue

The Applicant Folder module in the Dashboard was not loading and showed a spinner. This was resolved.

DomainImprovementThe searchsoft.net URL is Expiring

The old searchsoft.net URL for Unified Talent Applicant Tracking Enterprise (formerly Searchsoft) will expire on February 4, 2022. Users are requested to use only the powerschool.ateenterprise.com URL going forward. 

Redirects from searchsoft.net to powerschool.ateenterprise.com domain will be deprecated by end of January 2022.

Users at your district should be instructed to start using only the powerschool.ateenterprise.com domain and adjust their bookmarks.

All district documentation should be reviewed for references to the searchsoft.net domain.

After the district has completed the communication to all its users about this change, please have your district IT department review SSO, LDAP, Email whitelists, URL whitelists, and other integrations that have been previously configured to use the searchsoft.net domain.

LoginIssueResolved Login ErrorAn error was not allowing users to access the login page. This has been resolved.

Sign Out

Issue

Resolved Multiple Issues with Sign Out

When a user clicked on Sign Out, the last opened page was opened in a new tab. The right-click on the Sign Out button should be disabled. There was extra white space on the Sign Out and Help Menu buttons. These issues were resolved.

User Interface

Issue

Resolved Error in Mass Printing

Error is shown when trying to print .doc and .docx attachments using the mass Print Application(s) action. This was resolved.
