Florida Course Code Directory (CCD)

This new function uses the 3-digit Florida CCD codes (with a certification crosswalk) to verify course certificates.

  • When the CCD feature is enabled, a district can use the extra field - Course Code - in Request to Post forms to select the courses for the posting.
  • When an applicant logs into their profile, Florida Certification appears as an option, where they can add their course certifications.
  • When applicants have applied, based on course requirements, the system checks and provides validation if the applicant has met / partially met or not met the requirement.
  • HR Administrators can validate attachments, view these certifications, and change the verification status as Verified / Could not verify.

Consortium districts can have external links for searching jobs within the consortium. When searching jobs with these links, the Login and Apply button was not working. This issue was fixed by adding URL redirects.

Corrected Search Result for "How did you hear about employment opportunities with the District?"

For a few districts, the search result for "How did you hear about employment opportunities with the District?" displayed the applicant even if data was changed. This has been corrected.

Now you can use a specific user in a location-based role and have an eForm assigned to the appropriate user based off the location role mappings.

Fixed Chrome Auto-Fill Issue when Creating a New Employee

Chrome previously auto-filled username / password fields of the logged-in user while creating new employees. This caused user to remove the autofill and then type in details. This issue has been fixed.
