Account Recovery Email Link Expiration

Account recovery email links were already expired upon opening by some users. This has been fixed; the link in account recovery emails will be valid for 48 hours or until the password is reset.

Error messages received during the background check process were updated to be clearer for the user.

Option to Affect All Records

Choosing the option "Actions Performed Should Affect: All records in the list (all pages)" was displaying an error that the user did not select any records. This has been fixed to perform as expected.

Updated app to ensure users can send out eForms in bulk without assigning duplicates.

Periodically, when a user tried to view the body of an email on the Email History page, the content was blank. This has been resolved.

Saving Workflow Event Email Changes

Changes in the Body field were not being saved when updating a workflow event email. This has been fixed and users can add and edit workflow event emails as expected.

System-generated emails sent to users will include a footer allowing the user to opt out of receiving future emails.

When stored emails were delivered, extra spacing was being added. This has been fixed and emails are easier to view.

The Queue Task Reminder email has been updated to ensure it contains a link to the appropriate applicant or employer login page (with the appropriate company ID).

The Teacher Evaluation Home Page was only visible to Teacher Evaluees. Access has been added for Teacher Evaluators.

Reference Phone Number Mandatory

The Phone Number field is displayed as mandatory requiring an input from the Applicant. However, the Applicant could add a reference without the phone number. This has been fixed, and now the mandatory nature of the Phone Number field is enforced.

Rich text fields lost formatting capabilities with the user interface changes. This has been fixed.

The Logout link was not clickable when using the IE 11 browser. This has been fixed.
