Ended Support for Internet Explorer / Older Versions of Edge

Applicant Tracking Enterprise will no longer support Internet Explorer, as it has been causing data issues for our customers.

In addition, older versions of Edge will not be supported. The latest Edge browser is supported.

If someone tries to log in using an unsupported browser, they will be asked to download the latest Edge browser or to use Chrome or Safari.

Inconsistent display of radio buttons and labels across pages has been made consistent, and spaces have been introduced for a better viewing experience.

Resolved Unresponsiveness when Selecting Add to Calendar

In Scheduling > Search event > Submit > Availability (for any event) > Add to Calendar, the application became unresponsive and an error was displayed. This issue was fixed.

Corrected Cancel Link on Login Page

When a user clicked "Having trouble logging in?" on the applicant portal, then Cancel, they were navigated to the wrong page.

Now, they will be redirected to the applicant portal login page.

There was an intermittent issue where an error page was displayed when a user tried to log out. This was fixed.

Updated Link in Password Change Email

When a user receives a password change confirmation email, now it links to https://help.powerschool.com/ instead of the PeopleAdmin Community link.

Fixed Issue of Missing ZIP/DOB/Address (BIB)

For a few customers, in cases where ZIP/DOB/address were missing, the record remained in Pending status. This caused false validation messages. This was fixed and required data will be visible.

Fixed Conditional Error when Sorting Jobs

For a few customers, when a user filtered the list of jobs before archiving, an "Invalid column name JOB_TYPE_NAME" error was displayed. This prevented the user from sorting jobs by job type and then archiving them. This was fixed.

Resolved Error on Save and Next in Jobs

Clicking Save and Next after removing attachments from a job posting resulted in an error. This error was resolved.

Disabled Scan an Attachment Feature

The feature to scan, located at Applicant Profile > Attachments > Upload a File > Scan New, has been disabled. The feature no longer works in supported browsers.

Attachments can be added by uploading any of the supported document types listed on the attachment form.

Fixed Enforcement of Mandatory Attachments

For a few customers, upload of an attachment was optional, even when it was configured as a mandatory field. This issue was fixed.

Corrected Issue with Expired Referred By Types

If an applicant selected a value in the (required) "How did you hear about us" field and the referred by type was expired, the system required users to re-enter a value if they tried to update anything.

As a part of the fix:

  • The Ad option will not be visible for the applicant if the End Date of Applicant Feedback has passed.
  • If the applicant has already selected the Ad option, it will be visible and accessible to the applicant even if the end date has passed.
  • For the applicant who have not selected the Ad option, it will not be available past the end date.

Fixed Workflow Development Page Error

In eForms > Workflows > Current (for any workflow) > Overwrite development workflow > Add node, clicking Previous resulted in an error. This was fixed, and the user can move back by clicking Cancel.

Fixed eForms Issue with Deactivated Users

When a document was moved to Pending Release status, and a user associated with the transition was deactivated, the system displayed an error when trying to release the document. The document could not be released. This was fixed.

Enabled eForms to Store Applicant Type Values

We did not have a way to associate applicant type with an eForm by utilizing the form_policies table. This was added.

Fixed Blank Page in View Workflow Event

For a few cases, in eForms > Workflows > View (next to the Document Location Type), clicking Next on the pop-up displayed a blank page, and the user was unable to navigate to the previous workflow page. This issue was fixed by removing the rarely used Next option.

In Administration > Active Employees or Evaluation > Employees, adding an employee to a team resulted in an error for a few customers. This issue was fixed.

Corrected Issue with SchoolSpring Jobs Available Early

There was an issue for customers using Applicant Tracking Enterprise with SchoolSpring Job Board, where jobs were visible before their open date. This issue was fixed.
