Archive Job Posting
Archiving jobs allows the district to maintain a more manageable list of active jobs. Once a job is filled and the processing on the new hire is complete, it is recommended that the job be archived. - Click Edit for the job posting you wish to archive.
- On the job form, select Yes for Archived.
- Click Save and Return to List.
A job cannot be scheduled to archive in the future; it is an immediate action.
Delete Job Posting
This feature is available only to the highest-level user. It is highly recommended that jobs are not deleted if they have been visible to applicants. Instead, we recommend archiving the posting.

- From the action menus, select Checked records (on this page only) and select Delete.
- Click Go!
- Click Delete to confirm.
An email will be sent to the email account associated with the user who deleted the job.
