Release 19.11.0.2

After the release of version 19.11.0.0, the following issues occurred for some system servers.

• "A single record was expected from", resulting in no data being displayed on the page. A server restart was required to resolve the error.
• References were unable to complete the reference feedback form.

These issues occurred on some servers; not all customers were effected. If your site was one that experienced downtime or one of the issues above, we apologize for this inconvenience.

As top priority, we worked diligently to correct the system, and on Thursday, November 21, 2019, release 19.11.0.2 was deployed to resolve the issues.
