Home Page Dashboard

The home page was updated to display a user-customizable dashboard. Users can choose from the following components:

  • Recruiting Sources
  • Request to Post
  • Request to Hire
  • Jobs Followed
  • Applicant Folders
  • Pending Items
  • Saved Searches
  • In Process Documents
  • Job Applicants in last 2 days

Customize Your Dashboard

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO is designed to be used by a school district / consortium. Configuration post-initial release (20.8.0.0) will be done by the PowerSchool Services team. Applicant Tracking Enterprise supports Microsoft (Azure) and Google as identity providers.

Fixed Job View on iPhone Safari Browser

Some applicants were unable able to view jobs posted on Facebook using the Safari browser on an iPhone. This was fixed.

When searching on the Validity End date, the wrong results were displayed for license expiration. This was fixed.

Previously, an error message displayed when security questions were used more than once with the same browser, even if the user had logged out of their active session. This was fixed.

Fixed White Screen Displayed for References in Chrome and Edge

If a reference was deleted before the feedback form was complete, when the user clicked on the link, a blank white page displayed. This was fixed and replaced with a user-friendly message.

Fixed Blank Popup when Submitting an eForm with Numeric Field

In a few cases, when a user tried to save or submit an eForm that had a value in a numeric field type, a blank popup displayed. This was fixed.

Fixed Issue with Mass Approval of eForms

A "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint" error message displayed for some customers when trying to mass approve eForms. This was fixed.

Fixed Email Sent when Applicant had EPI/Candidate Assessment Scores

In a few cases, when an applicant applied to a job and EPI / Candidate Assessment was configured to be sent, an email invite went even if the applicant has previously taken the assessment and has a score associated with their application. This was fixed, and the email will not be sent.

Fixed Applicants Receiving Multiple Emails

In a few cases, when emails were generated via Hire Applicant(s), emails were sent multiple times to the same recipient(s) if there was an invalid email id in To / CC list. This was fixed.
