eFinancePlus Flat File Export

Customers looking for an integrated ATS and ERP system can leverage the new integration between Applicant Tracking Enterprise and eFinancePlus. Applicant Tracking Enterprise will generate and export a CSV file to be placed on a sFTP site where eFinancePlus can retrieve and load the file. An audit record of the export will be provided.

On the All Jobs page, you can now see the number of applicants that have applied to each job:

Saved Sort Preferences

On all tables, when you choose a sort preference by a column and ascending or descending order, your sort preference is saved. The preference is saved across pages and across login sessions.

The Send Email action was missing for applicant references and has been added. This action allows a user to send an email via a stored template to selected references.

The Back and Submit buttons were not displaying consistently. The Job Types selection was not being retained. Both have been fixed.

Tab Header Display Corrected

Incorrect formatting was displaying on applicant tab headers. This was corrected to display the name of the tab followed by the applicant's first and last name.

Sorting of Mass Approve Documents Stabilized

Sorting multiple times caused all results to disappear. This inconsistency has been eliminated.

Required Fields Enforced

The Employee Information eForm was not enforcing all required fields to be completed before submitting the form. A user must complete all visible required fields on the form before being allowed to submit it.

Suffix Selection Error Corrected

An error was encountered when an applicant made a selection for Suffix on the General Information tab. All selections should be saved successfully.

Cursor Placement Corrected

When mandatory fields of a form are left blank, a validation pop-up is displayed upon submission. The placement of the cursor has been incorrectly positioned in the background; it should appear active in the input fields of the validation pop-up.
