Integration	Enhancement	Internal Applicant Status Automatically Removed for Deactivated Users	Employees deactivated in Records will now automatically lose access to internal job postings. A new daily process removes internal applicant status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for any user deactivated within the past 24 hours. This update applies to all districts using both Employee Records and Applicant Tracking. It supports deactivations made manually or via the Data Import Tool (DIT), helping maintain accurate applicant access without requiring manual intervention.
