Application Manager

Resolution

Application Manager: Social Security Number (SSN) Formatting and Display Fix

Resolved an issue in the Application Manager where applicant Social Security Numbers (SSN) wrapped onto multiple lines when views contained multiple columns or long text fields. SSNs now consistently display on a single line across all grid views for improved readability and clarity.

Application Manager - Begin Hire

Resolution

Applicant Tracking – Records Integration Search

Resolved the issue where the Search Records pop-up on the Begin Hire page failed to find matching users when search fields contained special characters (such as +, &, #, or %). All search parameters now handle special characters, ensuring plus-addressed emails and special characters match existing records as expected.

Staff member - Demographics

Resolution

I-9 Updating demographic information

Previously, the I-9 updated demographic information upon approval like other eForms. Although the information usually matches the employee’s demographics, the I-9 is a stand-alone form and must not update employee records if the information differs. This has been corrected.

Application Manager - App tab

Resolution

Prescreen Rating column now sorts on the APP tab in Application Manager

Fixed an issue in Application Manager where clicking the Prescreen Rating column header had no effect in both the Current Application and All Applications tables. The column now sorts in both ascending and descending order, enabling recruiters to quickly identify candidates by screening score.

Application Manager - Task tab

Resolution

Sort icon now shows on the Subject column when sorting the Begin Hire Task tab

Fixed an issue where the sort icon displayed on the wrong column. When administrators sorted the Task table by the Subject column, tasks arranged correctly, but the sort icon appeared on the Status column, creating confusion about which column controlled the sort.

The sort icon now displays only on the column being sorted and indicates the sort direction (ascending or descending). When you sort by a different column, the icon moves to reflect your selection.
