Enhanced Employment History Verification

In order to assist with district compliance with state laws, the following enhancements have been made to Employment History Verification.

• The ability to add an attachment to an application type

• The ability to add a disclosure statement

• The ability to have applicants download the attached document and upload the completed document

• The ability to send the completed applicant document to an indicated employer

• The ability to have employers download the attached document and upload the completed document

• The ability to view the employment history document on the screening tab within Applicant Tracking

Completed applicant video interviews were not accessible. This has been resolved.

Enabled Timeframe Validation on Requisition Page

On the Requisition page, users will now receive a validation message if the end date is before the begin date.

Corrected Reference Options from Custom Job Templates

When creating a requisition, users who selected Job from Template found that the selections present within the references section in the template were not accurately pulling into the new requisition. This has been resolved.
