Enhanced Printing to Improve Reliability and Stability

Issues with Print as PDF and Print All functions have been resolved, including but not limited to the following.

  • Job postings were cut off at the bottom of the page.
  • Conversion errors sometimes were received when using print with history.
  • Excessive white space appeared when printing Job Postings and/or Hire Applications.
  • Job postings had duplicate titles.

Added Fields to Customize Requisitions

The following fields/sections have been added to the Customize Requisitions page so that users can configure the requisitions template to their desired specifications.
Fields/Sections added:

  • External Job Application (General Information)
  • Internal Job Application (General Information)

  • Min Qualifications (General Information)
  • Email Notifications (New Section)
  • Job Application Timeframes Section (New Section)
  • Alternate Job Contact (New Section)

Corrected Display of Gallup Results

Due to recent Gallup changes, admin users were unable to view the Principal Insight, Support Insight, and Teacher Insight scores and associated Talent Dimension Report.
This only affected applicants that completed the assessment prior to January 5th, 2020.
This issue has been resolved.

Updated Job Application Timeframes Labels

On the Requisitions Approval page, the Job Application Timeframes section had two Begin date labels.
The Job Application Timeframes section now has Begin and End date labels.
