Job Offers

Job offer functionality allows an administrative user to send a job offer document to the intended applicant. This allows for an automated process to record applicant responses, send notification emails to intended internal recipients, and pull system information specific to an applicant within their intended job offer.

Districts can determine which security group they would like to interact with job offer functionality.

This functionality aims to replace the manual workflow that many districts use and keep all data maintained within the Applicant Tracking solution.

Resolved Issue with Sorts, Result List Size Preferences, and Search Criteria in Chrome

Due to a Google Chrome update, sorts, result list size preferences, and search criteria were not retaining through pagination. This was resolved.

Approve Hires

Issue

Corrected Redirect During Hiring Approvals

After approving a hire, the system would redirect to the blue folder of the applicant.
This was resolved, so after a hire is approved, the system redirects back to the approval queue.
