Timekeeping
The Timekeeping page collects information on global parameter settings for substitute timekeeping.

| Substitute Time-keeping | Choose Yes to activate the substitute timekeeping feature. |
| Support timekeeping on substitute mobile app | Choose Yes to enable timekeeping on the mobile app. |
| Support timekeeping on substitute web | Choose Yes to enable timekeeping on the web browser. |
| Time before job start to allow check-in | Enter the number of minutes before the start time that a substitute can check in. |
| Maximum time after job end to allow check-out | Enter the number of minutes after the end time that a substitute can check out. |
| Allow substitutes to enter breaks | Choose Yes if substitutes can enter break times. |
| Maximum number of breaks allowed | Enter the number of breaks a substitute can enter. |
| Add timekeeping data in job exports | Choose Yes to include timekeeping in job exports. |
| Allow substitutes to modify timekeeping entries | Choose Yes to allow substitutes to modify their own entries. |
