Security Update: Encrypted SSNs No Longer Displays

To strengthen data security, the handling of Social Security Numbers (SSNs) has been updated. Encrypted SSNs are now stored in the database to protect from vulnerabilities.

Change details:

• SSNs remain encrypted in storage.

• SSNs are decrypted before being displayed in the ATS Admin Portal, document prints, and reports.

• Encrypted SSN values will no longer appear on the pages.

• Application Search has been updated to require the full SSN string (partial matching is no longer supported).
