All the Schoolspring fields (Job Categories, Job Type, Grade Level(s), Degree Preferred, Experience Preferred, Work Eligibility, and Employment Start Date) are now included in print outputs of job postings and requisitions.

Applicants can send reminders for reference checks

Applicants can now send reminders to their references to complete their reference checks. A reminder can be sent every 24 hours.

Configure default job posting contact

Admins can set a default job posting contact. This contact is used if an alternate job posting contact is not entered on the job posting page. Contacts must have either a phone number or an email address to appear on the job posting.

ATS - eFP Integration

Improvement

Employee ID as a primary key

Previously, ATS did not consume the Employee ID from eFP. Beginning with this release, ATS will consume the Employee ID and store it within the applicant profile. This enhancement supports internal transfer scenarios by allowing ATS to pass the Employee ID back to eFP during the offer or hire process. As a result, eFP can recognize the candidate as an internal employee and process the transaction as an internal transfer rather than a new hire.

Issue

Print Packet function issue resolved

Previously, when printing multiple applications with their attachments, documents from different applicants could appear out of order (e.g., the resume of one applicant appearing after another’s application). This issue has now been fixed—printed packets will correctly group each applicant’s documents.
