Export Registration Approval Details to CSV

Users with permission to approve registration requests can now export details in the registration approval screen by selecting the CSV export button at the header of the screen.

Navigate to Course after Registration

Updated the registration workflow to allow learners to easily access their courses after registration. After completing the registration, learners will be redirected to the course catalog page with a confirmation message containing a link to the course. This change will enable learners to navigate to the course directly after registration.

Permissions for approving registration requests

Updated the Roles and permissions for Site-Based Rights to allow administrators to configure registration request approval workflow at office and admin levels.

Permission to approve registration requests is available at the site-based level under Configuration, Roles and Permissions, Site-Based rights. Enable the New Course Catalog to view permissions. Super User Group administrators can access all approval requests. Users may have a combination of Office and Site Rights.

Issues with Sending Playlist Notifications Weekly

The system now sends emails once a week from the specified date, as intended, if the corresponding checkbox is selected. This resolves an issue where emails were being sent too frequently and not adhering to the Weekly setting when sending messages based on the playlist end date for all users. The problem was identified and fixed by ensuring the correct configuration was in place.

Issues with formatting text in Evaluations

Resolved an issue where the bold text would not appear correctly within the rich text box.

This issue occurred when viewing Evaluations, where bold text only appears in edit mode and reverts to normal characters upon saving. This behavior affects all users and existing bold text elements. The text now appears bold, as expected within the rich text box, even when it is not in edit mode.

Issues with Credit Display in User Profile

Resolved an issue where users' hour totals did not appear under the snapshot section of Manage Profile when selecting "show all."

Now, when changing the view from credit to hours, the correct number of hours will appear, while the system displayed 0 hours.

To verify, navigate to Administration, Accounts, select a User, Manage Profile, and then Snapshot.

Copied Sections Updated for Course Approval Process (if Enabled)

Resolved an issue where sections were created and released before the course was completed with the approval process. This fix will ensure that when a section is copied from an approved part of a released course, it will appear unpublished until the approval process is completed.
