Report on PERMS Integration Status

Added a new section titled PERMS Integration Status within ad-hoc roster reports for clients with PERMS integration.

If PERMS is configured, the ROSTER Adhoc Report will show fields like External ID, Action Date, and Status details. To generate a report, navigate to Roster Report within Reporting.

If PERMS is active and transfer credits are enabled, the Course Transfer Credit Recipient Report will contain data from the PERMS integration. To generate a credit transfer credit report, navigate to Reporting, Ad hoc (All reports), and then select Course transfer credit.

Clients with PERMS can also find more details about roster record integration status with PERMS in the Roster and Transcript report.

Enhanced Waitlist to transition users to roster

The waitlist feature now automatically moves users to newly available spots when the roster size is increased through the new UI. This update ensures that waitlisted users are automatically added to the roster.

Updated Permissible Character Count in Course Disclaimers

Increased the character count for the Course Disclaimer field from 500 to 10000 characters. This enhancement allows course creators to provide more detailed disclaimers during course registration. Users can now enter up to 10000 characters in the Course Disclaimer field.

Adding greater than 10000 characters in this field displays the following error message: “Content cannot be pasted because it is above the allowed limit.”

Generate Adhoc Report for PD Survey Data

The Course Surveys system now has a new feature that allows Administrators to generate ad hoc reports on surveys, track PD survey data, and analyze it.

This feature allows users to create reports for surveys that have been used in both the new and legacy survey systems. The reports provide information such as the Survey Title, Answer Date, Question, Answer, and Number of Users Who Responded. Only completed surveys will be included in the reports, but users can also report on inactive surveys for historical purposes. To use this feature, the Surveys module must be enabled, and there should be at least 5 surveys started. There are no restrictions on accessing this feature, and it supports various question types for reporting purposes.

To create a survey report, navigate to Reporting, Ad hoc reports, and then select Survey Answers (Course).
