Added Adhoc Reporting for PD Playlist

A new category of ad-hoc reports for PD playlists has been introduced. Users with "Can Access Ad-hoc Reporting" permission can now generate reports directly in the application.

The following segments will be included in the PD playlist ad-hoc reports:

  • PD Playlist: This section will cover the name, description, start and end dates, and creation date, among other details of the PD playlist.

  • Playlist Participants: This includes the overall completion status of playlists by the participant, dates of completion, and the dates when credits were applied.

  • Participant Information: Details such as participants' names, email addresses, employee IDs, etc., will be featured. Note that the list of participants will be filtered based on the site administration rights of the user who generates the report.

Updated Bankable Credit feature

Updated the bankable credit feature in Professional Learning to allow section credits to be bankable. The following updates were made:

  • When credit banking is enabled, the edit course screen should display the credits.

  • On the edit section screen, display the credit matrix if there are credits on the section.

  • The Course Form Configuration pages now have the credit area grid displayed.

Viewing PD Transcripts from Staff Dashboard

When an administrator clicks on the Transcript tab for a user and PdAdmin transcripts are enabled, users will see a totals grid in the transcript pane. Above the grid, there is a 'View Transcript' button. This button has been recently updated, and will now redirect the user to the PdAdmin Transcript. There is also a backlink provided for returning to the staff dashboards.

Class Time Deletion issues

Resolved an issue where users were unable to delete class times for sections. When attempting to delete class times, an error occurred, preventing successful deletion. Users will now be able to delete class times without any issues.

Error when creating external credit requests

Clicking the "New" button to create an external credit request resulted in a 500 error. This issue has been resolved now.

Issues with Registration List Limit

The registration list is now working properly and preventing students from registering once the maximum number of participants for a specific section has been reached. Previously, users were able to register even when the roster size had already exceeded the maximum count. This issue has been fixed, and the expected behavior has been restored. Users will no longer be able to register once the maximum participant limit has been reached.

Issues with Attached Files in Roster Emails

Resolved an issue where attachments sent through the roster list were not being delivered to the roster participants correctly. Users and instructors with the correct level of permission can now send an email to all participants of a roster with attachments. To do so, simply navigate to a section roster and select the "email all" option under "Messages and Emails". This will ensure that the email is sent to the participants of the roster along with any attachments.

Issues with default fields in Transfer Credit Manager

Fixed an issue with the dropdown field in the Transfer Credit request. Previously, it defaulted to the original selection instead of staying on the newly chosen option after approval. This issue affected all clients using the new Transfer Credit request module.

Issues with the displaying relevant certificates within the Course Details page

When enabled, the page that displays a course's details now shows the certificate status correctly. To view the correct status, navigate to Course settings, enable the certificate, select Include Certificate on the course details page, and confirm that the certificate status displays as Yes.

If you disable and re-enable the certificate option, the status will update correctly.

Updated Courses Ad Hoc report

The Course Ad-hoc report now displays the targeted demographics for all users in the client system, as expected. Users can select demographic or targeted demographic options when creating a new report in the Ad-Hoc Reporting section. This aligns with the description of the Courses ad-hoc report, which allows filtering based on targeted demographics.

The Section ad-hoc report also includes demographics and site filters, giving users the tools to run reports based on specific demographic criteria. The enhancement to the Courses ad-hoc report allows users to generate reports that accurately reflect the targeted demographics for courses.

Issues with Credit Area fields in Section and Course forms

The necessary credit fields are now marked as required on the respective forms when a user changes the credits, ensuring data integrity.

Issues with Registration Approval Workflow

Resolved an issue where users were being registered for courses that require approval.

When users register for courses requiring approval, administrators should be able to view these requests in their queue. The Registration approval screen should display courses pending the administrators' approval. Learners will be added to the course roster only after the administrator approves.

To enable registration approval, configuration is required at both system and course levels for the approval workflow to function correctly.
