Instructor Dashboard: Cancellation status

Updated the Open, Future, and Closed course tabs within the instructor dashboard to include a "Cancellation status" column, allowing users to identify canceled courses quickly.

To view, instructors can navigate to Professional Learning > Instruct.

Professional Learning	Badges: Navigation issues within Course Details	Resolved an issue where navigating to a course from a badge resulted in a 500 error. Users will be directed to the new course details page when the new Professional Learning application is enabled.
Professional Learning	Issues with vector courses	Launching the Vector course in the updated UI did not open a new screen as expected. The issue has now been resolved: Selecting and clicking on a vector section within the course opens the course on a new page.
Professional Learning	Section: Low enrollment setting	Fixed an issue where the low enrollment email continued to be sent even after the low enrollment setting was disabled.. Now, when the system is set up with the "Minimum Number of Registrants" and "Minimum Number of Registrants Deadline" fields, a section will only be canceled if the enrollment is low, and an email will be sent to notify learners of the cancellation. Administrators with access can modify this setting by going to Professional Learning > Configuration > Section settings
Professional Learning	New Module: Updated Surveys widget display	Updated the system to display the My surveys widget in the Professional Learning Dashboard only if the new surveys module has been enabled.
Professional Learning	Section rosters: Updated multiple-user functionality	Updated the "Remove Multiple Users" notification to show the number of users removed from the roster. Administrators with access can remove users from the roster by going to the roster section, selecting "Bulk actions," and then choosing "remove multiple users." To remove multiple users from different pages of the grid, simply select the users on each page and click on the remove action button.
