Updated options in Registration Notification

Updated the registration notification options to allow email configurations related to Registration Requests.

Administrators can access and configure these emails by navigating to Configuration > Registration Notification > Request Registration.

When configured and enabled, approvers receive emails when learners request enrollment in a section.

Display component information on transcripts

Updated the transcript to support the display of course components.

Administrators can enable the component columns in the transcript, by navigating to Configuration > Transcript Configuration > Columns.

When enabled, learners can view these details in their transcript by navigating to My Professional Learning > My Transcript.

Demographics Information within Bulk Add Learner

Added user demographic information to the Bulk Add learner screen in the section roster. Users can now use the filter to search for learners of a specific demographic.

Updated the side-nav menu icon for easy access to the Course Catalog in PD Admin.

Changes to Section Bulk Add Learner page

Updated the position column in the section bulk add learner page to display "User Type" to address the label name inconsistency between the user account page and section roster screen.

To verify the update, navigate to Administration > User accounts.

To view this change, navigate to professional learning > Manage sections, select a section, go to the roster, select Bulk actions > Search for learners, and observe the updated column.

Ability to edit Office details

Professional Learning now allows users to add or remove office emails. Users can edit office email details by accessing the Professional Learning tab and clicking the Office option. Users are expected to have the capability to add, update, or remove office email information.

Staff Evaluation Export to Display Completed-Locked Status

The staff evaluation export feature has been improved to distinguish between "Completed" and "Completed-Locked" statuses in the CSV file, matching the UI display. Previously, the CSV file only showed the status as "Complete" regardless of whether an evaluation plan was completed or completed-locked. This upgrade ensures that the exported CSV accurately reflects the status shown in the UI, providing more precise reporting for district administrators and principals.

Prevent Duplicate Roster Entries Via Advanced Add Learner Action

Added a new configuration point to allow administrators in Professional Learning to control whether learners can be enrolled in multiple sections of a course via the add advanced learner option

In Professional Learning, the configuration point is also available in PDAdmin > Configuration > Roster & Waitlist Settings for further customization by clients.

In Professional Learning (Legacy), this configuration point is accessed through the Admin Tab > Config Mgt > Rosters.

Note that this configuration does not apply to Self-Paced courses.

Access New Catalog from the Search By Course Teaser

When the new catalog is enabled, users can navigate to it to view courses associated with the applied filter when they click the course tag deep link from the Search By Course teaser.
