You can assume the identity of a user in order to view the portal with their permissions for troubleshooting purposes.
Access the feature in one of two locations:

From the User Accounts page, select the person icon for the desired user.

From the user account management screen, click Assume Identity.
To confirm that you have assumed the correct identity, check the user name in the upper-right corner of the screen (A). To stop assuming an identity, click Stop Masquerading at any time (B).
