Room Management

Click Administration.

From the Applications menu, select Room Management.

From the Room Management Administration page, you can select from the following options:

Option	Description
Email Configuration	Manage the content of notification emails used by the room management system.
Room Setups	Manage the list of room setups available to rooms.
Equipment Setups	Manage the equipment available to each room.
Manage Buildings/ Rooms	Manage individual building and their rooms.
Blackout Dates	Manage blackout dates for the room management system.
Book Room	Create event.
My Room Requests	Manage room requests for your events.
My Events	Manage your events.
Manage Requests	Manage individual room requests.
View Schedule	View the schedule for a particular room or building.

Users should configure the room setups and equipment setups prior to managing buildings/ rooms.
