Enhancement to Absence creation limiting options based on day of the week |
The absence creation limiting option has been enhanced to be based on specific days of the week, allowing the creation of absences to be restricted to a certain number. The job creation validation can be enabled by navigating through the menu path: Parameters, Job, Job creation section, and then selecting Enable absence creation limiting feature for location/classification/reason. When enabled, there would be an additional menu within System Configuration and then Job Creation Validation, to select the day of the week for putting day-based limiting to employee absence creation. This can be used on days of high absenteeism, like Fridays. For example, it can be allowed to have a maximum of 15 absences at a specific location on Fridays. |
