Enhancement to Absence creation limiting options based on day of the week

The absence creation limiting option has been enhanced to be based on specific days of the week, allowing the creation of absences to be restricted to a certain number.

The job creation validation can be enabled by navigating through the menu path: Parameters, Job, Job creation section, and then selecting Enable absence creation limiting feature for location/classification/reason.

When enabled, there would be an additional menu within System Configuration and then Job Creation Validation, to select the day of the week for putting day-based limiting to employee absence creation.

This can be used on days of high absenteeism, like Fridays. For example, it can be allowed to have a maximum of 15 absences at a specific location on Fridays.
