Additional parameter to allow declining a text message job offer

A parameter has been added for school districts that need substitutes to choose a reason for declining an assignment offer, and still want to offer a way to decline jobs from the text message.

To enable this parameter, navigate through the menu path: Parameters, Substitute, General section, and then select Show decline option on text job offer (while continuing to ask reasons for decline on web/mobile app/IVR job offer calls). 

When enabled, it would show the decline option on the text message job offers (that is, N <4-digit code>), so that substitutes can decline the job from the text itself, without needing to indicate the decline reason.

Printing the substitute feedback per job on the substitute aggregate ratings report

An enhancement has been made to print the substitute feedback per job on the substitute aggregate ratings report. For this to be printed, the checkbox “Include columns Job ID, Job start date, and end date” should be selected while viewing the report.

Available Qualified Substitute

Printing the substitute callback number on the available qualified substitutes report

An enhancement has been made to the available qualified substitute report to print the substitute callback number, instead of the previously printing the telephone number from the substitute profile.
