Additional calendar dates for setting up Auto Accruals

For school districts that use automated accruals from SmartFind Express to accrue additional reason balances for employees, the calendar dates for setting up auto-accrual dates were increased from 10 to 12, making it easier to set up rules for 12-month employees who accrue reason balances every month.

Showing reason balance in Days to employees, even when Reason Unit is in Hours

A parameter has been added to show reason balances in hours converted to days.

To enable this parameter, navigate through the menu path: Parameters, Employee, Browser Access, View Reason Balance section, and then select Show reason balances in hours converted to days based on classification work day length. 

When enabled, the employees would be shown their reason balances in Days, even for the reasons that have units in hours. The Hours to Days conversion will be done based on the Work Day length setting within the primary classification of the employee schedule.
