Overview
You can now generate and manage CSV exports without any upper limits. This update supports very large datasets and provides a centralized place to track and download all your exports.
Key benefits
-
Export large datasets without errors or performance loss.
-
Access all your CSV downloads from one screen.
-
Retry failed exports or delete files you no longer need.
-
Files are stored securely for 7 days before automatic removal.
To download a CSV, click the download CSV button in the dashboard or within any report. A pop-up notification will confirm that the request has been added to the downloaded queue. Once downloaded, you can access the CSV from My Downloaded CSVs.
Manage downloads
Access is permission-based—only you can view and download your files.
To view and manage your CSV downloads:
-
Log in to Professional Learning.
-
Navigate to the dashboard or a report of your choice, and click the download CSV icon. A pop-up confirms the request has been queued.
-
From the menu, navigate to My Professional Learning and select My Downloaded CSVs. You can view the status of downloaded CSVs here. The status can be:
-
Processing: Your export is being generated, indicated by a timer icon.
-
Complete: Your file is available to download, indicated by a green checkmark. Files marked complete will include the timestamp and date of generation. Since files are automatically purged after 7 calendar days, the list will also indicate the purge date.
