Product Area | Type | Summary | Release Note |
---|---|---|---|
Profiles | Issue | Pre-arrange Substitute on the New Employee Web | An issue has been fixed as part of the SFE 21.11 release where the pre-arranging of substitute during absence creation on the new employee web would result in having the substitute specified on the job, but not pre-arranged. |
Communications | Issue | Missing Employee Names on Absence Creation Notice | An issue has been resolved where the Absence creation email was missing the names of the Absent employee when the absence was created from the new employee web. |
Profiles | Issue | Wrong Dates on the New Employee Web | There was an issue where the dates and days of the week displayed incorrectly when the new employee web was used in a few time zones. This has been resolved. |
Create/Edit Job | Improvement | Absence Creation Redirection from Professional Learning | There is a new enhancement where users can enter their courses in the Professional Learning application, create an absence for it, and have the absence creation redirect from Professional Learning to SmartFind Express on the new employee web. This is for districts that use the new employee web and PowerSchool’s Professional Learning application. |
Profiles | Issue | New Profiles Display Blank | There was an issue where, in a few rare cases, newly created profiles or profiles that had registration reset, were shown blank on the Admin web. This issue has been resolved and all profiles created or reset for registration will be shown on the web. |
Job Shopping | Issue | Available Jobs Not Refreshing Correctly | An issue has been resolved where the substitute user would not find Available jobs on the new substitute web, even when there are available jobs, on the new substitute web. |

Job Shopping | Issue | User Not Able to Print All Jobs | An issue has been resolved where the substitute user was not able to print all the jobs from the new substitute web through the normal print data (Ctrl + P) process. This is now working and all the jobs that are listed on the web would be shown on the printed page. |
