Hiring | Issue | Applicant's email did not update in Records when rehired | When applicants were rehired in Applicant Tracking, the associated email field in Employee Records was not updated with the applicant's new email address. This has been resolved. |
Job Offers | Improvement | Added Custom Detail sections | Four Custom Detail sections were added to the Job Offer configuration page. |
Locations | Issue | Location code must be unique | When a user creates a new location, the system now checks that the location code value is unique and does not already exist for the client. When an existing location with a duplicate location code is updated, the update fails, and the user is prompted to provide a unique location code. This new functionality does not impact Sync1/Sync2/Sync9 workflows. Existing duplicate location codes are not impacted unless a record update is performed. |
New Hire | Issue | New hire's Demographics information not transferring to Records properly | When selecting the Records option on Begin Hire, the new hire's address auto-populated the wrong fields in Records. This has been resolved. |
