Manage Notifications in Applicant Tracking

Add a Staff Email Notification

  1. Move the pointer over Configure.
  2. Under Communication Tools, choose Staff Email Notices.
  3. Click Add
  4. Enter information as needed. 
  5. Click Save

Edit an Email Notifications

  1. Move the pointer over Configure.
  2. Under Communication Tools, choose the type of email notification you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit to update an event.
  4. Enter information as needed. 
  5. Click Save

Add an Email Template 

  1. Move the pointer over Configure.
  2. Under Communication Tools, choose Email Templates.
  3. Click Add Template
  4. Enter information as needed. 
  5. Click Save
