Recruiters can view and organize recruitment initiatives. It allows them to create projects, allocate specific jobs to individual projects, and effectively manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
To access the Sourcing dashboard, log in to Applicant Tracking and click Sourcing.
