Overview

Sourcing is an innovative recruitment solution tailored specifically for K-12 schools and districts. Designed to address the unique challenges of K-12 hiring, it enables recruiters, hiring managers, and principals to proactively find, attract, and connect with the right talent through a robust applicant pool and advanced tools.

Sourcing allows districts to expand their recruitment reach beyond traditional job boards, ensuring faster, more efficient hiring. By leveraging this K-12-focused platform, schools and recruiters can overcome budget constraints, save time, and secure the best talent for their classrooms and teams.

Recruiters can view and organize recruitment initiatives. It allows them to create projects, allocate specific jobs to individual projects, and effectively manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

To access the Sourcing dashboard, log in to Applicant Tracking and click Sourcing.
