URL update for job board reporting and configure candidate portal

Admins can access the new admin tool on SchoolSpring using their Applicant Tracking account. They can use the links on the Candidate Portal page under tools or the Reports page to SSO to the SchoolSpring administrator tool.

Admins accessing the admin tool on SchoolSpring from employer.schoolspring.com will be redirected to a new URL after logging in. URL will change from subdomain-name.schoolspring.com to subdomain-name.talent.schoolspring.com.
