New Features and Enhancements

SchoolSpring Candidate Portal	Deadline Time for Jobs on SchoolSpring	Candidates accessing the SchoolSpring candidate portal will now be able to view both the deadline date and time for all available jobs. These job listings will remain accessible on the portal until the configured deadline time set by the admin.
Enhanced Candidate Portal	Add Present Experience to Employment History	On the Enhanced Candidate Portal, the applicants can use the checkbox labeled “Mark this job as current” to designate an entry for the experience as their current job.
Internal Jobs Settings	ATS Internal Jobs on Enhanced Candidate Portal	Candidates will see an internal tab on the Find a Job page on the enhanced candidate portal. To access and view internal job postings, they must switch their Account Type to Internal. This can be done by navigating to the Internal Jobs Settings page from the user menu. Depending on the configuration by the admin, candidates may be prompted to answer a challenge question in order to change their account type. After the account type is changed to Internal, they can start applying for internal jobs.
My Profile	Basic Profile Information	On the SchoolSpring candidate portal, users will be required to complete their basic profile information after creating a new account.
Profile Mapping	ATS Application Fields Mapping With SchoolSpring	The following fields filled out by applicants on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) application will be automatically saved to the applicant's SchoolSpring profile on the Enhanced Candidate Portal: Years of teaching experience Years of student teaching experience Years of administrative experience Employer Name Eligibility to work in the US
My Jobs	Screenings on Enhanced Candidate Portal	When a screening is requested by the admin, applicants will find it listed under the "Screening" option within "My Jobs" on the menu. The screening page will display a list of all the screenings, along with a screening link enabling completion of the assessment. Screenings requested within the last 7 days will be marked with a tag indicating "recently requested."
