Submitted Applications | View submitted application details for ATS jobs | On the Submitted Applications page, applicants will see the Job Application tab by clicking on the job title. Under this tab, they can view all the application details submitted as part of that ATS job. |
Find a Job | Profile selector for Education | When applying for ATS jobs on the Enhanced Candidate Portal, the education selector from the profile will show the institute name on the dropdown to assist in the selection. |
Submitted Applications | Withdraw ATS job application | Candidates will be able to withdraw their ATS application on the enhanced candidate portal from the Submitted Applications page. To reapply after withdrawal, candidates must request the job administrator to delete their previous application. |
My Profile | Work experience data saved to SchoolSpring profile | The data filled or updated for experience while filling the ATS application on the Enhanced Candidate Portal will be saved back to the SchoolSpring profile for the fields that are present in the profile. |
Job Application | ATS application fields with Other option | When the candidates select Other, if available in a dropdown field when filling the ATS application form on the Enhanced Candidate Portal, a textbox next to the field is added. Candidates can enter the text of their choice to be submitted as data for that field. |
Internal Jobs Settings | ATS Internal Jobs on Enhanced Candidate Portal | Districts with the Enhanced Candidate Portal can now post internal jobs. Administrators can update the internal dates and internal application type to post a job for internal candidates. All the candidates who have the account type set as internal will be able to view these jobs. |
Internal Jobs Settings | ATS Internal Jobs on Enhanced Candidate Portal | Candidates will see an internal tab on the Find a Job page on the enhanced candidate portal. To view the internal jobs posted they will have to change their Account Type to Internal by going to the Internal Jobs Settings page from the user menu. They may be asked a challenge question configured by the administrator to change their account type. After the account type is changed to Internal, they can start applying for internal jobs. |
Education | Auto-fill Graduate information using profile data | While applying for ATS jobs on the Enhanced Candidate Portal, users can select the first dropdown (Undergraduate section) to choose the entry from their profile. Using this dropdown feature will auto-populate the associated fields on the form that have data available in the profile. |
