Accurate Bulk Credit Syncing for Transcripts and Credit Bank

We’ve resolved an issue where credit requests submitted through the Bulk Credit Requests tool were not appearing in the Credit Bank or reflecting credit totals in Transcript Adhoc reports.

This fix ensures that all bulk-approved records now sync correctly across the system, providing administrators with accurate transcript data and reliable credit bank management for all users.

Enhanced Bulk Credit Reporting for Adhoc Transcripts

We’ve enhanced the Adhoc Transcript logic to ensure bulk credit data displays accurately. Previously, credits assigned via bulk requests were sometimes missing from reports and credit banks because the system didn't know where to look for the data.

The reporting engine is now intelligent enough to check both recipient and main records, ensuring all earned credits—including those from bulk transfers—are correctly calculated and visible in your transcripts and credit banks.

Preserving Your Professional Polish: Rich Text Fix for Employee Forms

We’ve resolved an issue where rich text formatting, such as bullet points and functional goals, was lost when marking employee forms as complete. This fix ensures that all styling and layout configurations are accurately preserved and displayed upon activity completion.

Additionally, we corrected a related defect in the Form 2 Configuration GUI, ensuring that updates to activity descriptions now retain their intended formatting after saving.

These improvements provide a more consistent and professional documentation experience for teachers and administrators.
