To prevent performance and memory issues, the printer-friendly option is now disabled for reports exceeding 50 pages.

Users will see a helpful message when hovering over the link, advising them to export to CSV or Excel for larger reports.

Empower Admins to Control Bankable Credit Areas in PD-Admin

Administrators can now control which credit areas are eligible for use in the bankable subsystem within PD-Admin. A new "Allowed to be Bankable" column appears in Credit Areas when credit banking is enabled, allowing toggling per area. By default, new credit areas are bankable, and this setting only affects PD-Admin clients. The change impacts the Preview Credit Area Grid, Course Credit Area Grid, and Course Transfer Credit grid. This feature does not apply to legacy setups.

Several form fields, such as Course #, Location, and dates, are missing autocomplete attributes. This omission makes it harder for users with cognitive and motor disabilities to use autofill features or assistive technologies that identify field purposes. Adding standard autocomplete values will improve accessibility and user experience per the WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria called out in 1.3.5.

Bulk Enrollment Email Notifications Now Respect Admin Preferences

Admins were receiving daily confirmation emails for bulk user enrollments, even after disabling the email option. This was caused by an issue where the email was always set to true in the backend and duplicate jobs were created under certain conditions. The problem has been fixed to ensure emails are only sent when requested, and duplicate enrollments are prevented.

Survey Completion Status Now Accurate for Canvas Transcript Job

Resolved an issue where users were incorrectly marked as COMPLETE instead of PENDING_SURVEY_COMPLETE when a PdAdmin Survey with workflows was present but not completed, and no legacy survey existed. The system now correctly checks for PdAdmin Survey completion before updating roster status.
