Streamlined Observation Dashboard with Inactive Evaluation Toggle

We’ve refined the Observation Dashboard to ensure a cleaner, more relevant workspace. Previously, inactive assessments continued to appear in the Observation dropdown and dashboard, causing unnecessary clutter for all users.

To resolve this, the dashboard now defaults to displaying only observations from active evaluations. We have also introduced a new "Show inactive evaluations" toggle, giving you the flexibility to view archived data only when needed. This update streamlines your workflow by prioritizing current assessments while keeping historical records easy to access.

Section Now Retains Dynamic Targeting Criteria

When you copy a section that uses Dynamic Targeting (Targeted Registration), the system now correctly carries over the associated targeting criteria to the new section. Previously, section copies could be created without retaining the original dynamic targeting configuration.

This update ensures that copied sections preserve their targeted registration settings, reducing manual reconfiguration and helping maintain consistent enrollment rules across duplicated sections.

This update provides a seamless experience for educators, ensuring their professional learning progress is always up to date without manual intervention.

Resolved 500 errors in Roster Ad Hoc reports

We’ve resolved an issue where users encountered a 500 server error when attempting to schedule specific memorized reports within the Roster section. Previously, some existing reports needed to be recreated to work correctly.

This fix ensures that all reports can now be scheduled and exported seamlessly without errors, providing a more reliable and efficient reporting experience for your district.
