SMS Notification

The telephone plays announcements as follows:

• Substitute call-out:

  • All Users and substitute messages play.

  • Location and Location Group announcements play for the job's location.

• Personnel call-in:

  • All Users message plays.

  • Location and Location Group announcements play for the job's location. For substitutes, announcements for the job's location play when reviewing or searching for available jobs.

  • Administrator, employee, or substitute messages play.

Add Announcements

1. From Administrator, choose Communications.

2. Click New.

3. Select SMS Notification for Communication Type.

4. Select the Type. There are additional options for the following selections:

   • For Location, select the Location/Group.

   • For Classification, select the Classification Group.

   • For User Group, select the User Groups.

5. Select the Language.

6. Enter the SMS Notification.

7. Click Save.
