From Administrator, choose Communications.

Click New.

Select Email Notification for Communication Type.

Select the Type. There are additional options for the following selections:

For Location, select the Location/Group.

For Classification, select the Classification Group.

For User Group, select the User Groups.

Select the Language.
-
Select the Email Template Type.

Select the Email Template Name and enter any changes in the Email. If you leave this field blank, you can enter a new name and click Save as new template.

Click Send.
Click Preview to view the email before you send it.
