Email Notification

  1. From Administrator, choose Communications.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Email Notification for Communication Type.

  4. Select the Type. There are additional options for the following selections:

    • For Location, select the Location/Group.

    • For Classification, select the Classification Group.
    • For User Group, select the User Groups.
  5. Select the Language.
  6. Select the Email Template Type.
  7. Select the Email Template Name and enter any changes in the Email. If you leave this field blank, you can enter a new name and click Save as new template.
  8. Click Send.

    Click Preview to view the email before you send it.
