Profile Inquiry and Reports

The Profile Inquiry and Reports feature provides access to the following:

  • General Inquiry page.

  • Employee Inquiry page.

  • Substitute and Administrator Inquiry pages, if configured.

The General Inquiry page allows you to search for a profile by Access ID or name, External ID, or callback number.

Profile Inquiry

The following setup options are available:

  • View Employee ID/View Substitute ID - Select these options in the Parameters – Administrator tab to allow administrators to see the Access ID and External ID.

  • Allow PIN Modification on Employee & Substitute Profiles - Select this option on the Parameters – General tab to allow a PIN to be reset.

  • View Substitute Phone Number - Select this option on the Parameters – Administrator tab to make the callback number visible.

Refer to Profile New for more information on administrative setup for the administrator and operator.

Search for a Profile

  1. Enter the search criteria.

  2. Click Search. Click the column headers to sort the results by a specified field. The Web User ID field does not display if the district is not configured to use this field for SmartFindExpress web login.

Delete a Profile

  1. Select the Name.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Click Yes.

You cannot remove a profile if there is job data in the system.

Reset a PIN

  1. Select the Name.

  2. Click Reset Registration.

  3. Enter a new PIN.

  4. Click Save.
