From Administrator, choose Communications.

Click New.
-
Select Web Notification for Communication Type.

Select the Type. There are additional options for the following selections:

For Location, select the Location/Group.

For Classification, select the Classification Group and Active User Role.

For User Group, select the User Groups.

Select the Language.
-
Enter the Subject and Web Notification.
-
Enter the valid date range for the notification in the Valid From and Expires on fields.

Click Save.
