Multi-district support for substitutes |
A new feature in SFE 26.3 allows substitutes who work across multiple school districts, boards, or organizations to link their SFE accounts and view consolidated available jobs from multiple sites in a single location. This enhancement simplifies the job shopping experience by enabling substitutes to review and accept assignments across linked SFE sites more efficiently. This feature also helps school districts, boards, and organizations reduce double-booked assignments by preventing substitutes from accepting overlapping jobs across multiple SFE sites. In addition, districts can avoid contacting substitutes who are already assigned elsewhere, improving operational efficiency and reducing administrative effort. Administrators can enable this feature by navigating to: Parameters – Substitutes – Browser Access – Support in-house filling feature to access a new report titled In-house Available Substitutes in the Reports list. When enabled, substitutes will be displayed a new Manage Multi-Districts option under the profile menu (blue circle with user initials). Using this option, substitutes can:
