New In-house Available Substitutes report |
School districts using the in-house substitute feature can enable the parameter in the menu path: Parameters – Employee – Browser Access – Support in-house filling feature to access a new report titled In-house Available Substitutes in the Reports list. This report displays a list of all available in-house substitutes based on their availability, ensuring they are not assigned to other jobs and do not have absences during the selected time. Note:

Administrators with the employee role can use the new employee web interface |
Administrators with the employee role can switch from the legacy employee web interface to the new employee experience. A new parameter has been added in the menu path: Parameters – Administrators – Browser Access – Allow switching to the new employee web experience. When enabled, administrators with the employee role will see a New Employee Experience option in the top-right menu, allowing them to access newer features available only in the updated interface. To return to the Admin view, users can select the profile icon (blue circle with their initial) and choose Switch to Admin. |

Substitutes can filter jobs for specific days using a defined time range. From the Date filter, users can enter start and end times to view jobs within their preferred time window. This time-based filtering is currently available on the substitute web interface and will be available on the substitute mobile app in a future release. |

Administrators can navigate to an employee’s block period schedule and make updates, including adding new entries, modifying the bell schedule type, or deleting existing entries. |
